Description
The mirror embodies historical patterns from the very earliest beginnings of our nation’s history. Each one of my mirrors is handcrafted and therefore, no two are alike.
I book matched the wood for the filigree on the top and bottom resulting in a mirror image of the grain. The pattern for the mirror which is made of Lacewood from c.1820 and has an overall dimension of 13 3/11" wide x 20 11/16" long and approximately 1” deep.
All of my mirrors are handcrafted works of art constructed of a renewable resource, solid wood – both domestic and exotic - no veneers - and all have a rich, hand rubbed lacquer finish.
